"The check in staff member was amazing, friendly and very helpful during our stay. Hotel was clean, 10 mins to old town and 10 mins to main station. Would definitely recommend it. Clean rooms, comfy bed and great shower.

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."

Staff were amazing and the male bartender was so accommodating if we ever needed anything. If you are planning to stay in Düsseldorf be sure to bring a few euros in cash as most bars along the Rhine don’t take card! "
"My room and the hotel itself were exceptionally clean.
From the moment my business partner and I checked in, the clerk made us feel welcome and was willing to go beyond what was required to help us and see to our comfort. I liked the set-up of the fully-operational bar behind the counter that served as the check-in (etc.) desk. I have never encountered this idea before, but it really worked well. It was easy and convenient to go to the bar and order a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink, or water (etc) then find a seat in the extensive table-seating area on that floor, steps away. There were free espresso/capuccino machines at our disposal 24 hours, and these were great and convenient too. The breakfast (for an economy hotel) was very, very good, plentiful, lots of choices, both hot and cold. We stayed two nights and it was our favorite place to come back to and relax after a busy day. I would stay there again with pleasure. "
