Relais Blu
"Our entire stay at Relais Blu was a 5 star experience. The staff greeted us upon arrival and were extremely responsive throughout our stay. Essentially anything we needed, they were there to support. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The dining experience is also superb. For a relatively small hotel, they have invested in a quality chef and the staff to support the restaurant. We were never rushed with our meals and the food was excellent. The hotel includes a breakfast with a large variety of options. It was wonderful to start the day with a quality breakfast supported by a wonderful view. I would not hesitate to stay at Relais Blu again."
Grand Hotel Hermitage & Villa Romita
"We stayed here for 5 days in September and just loved the hotel and the beautiful pool area! We found the service to be great and the staff to be very friendly and accomodating! Our balcony, which overlooked the pool, had the most amazing view of Sorrento and Mt. Vesuvius! Also, the property had a private trail ( about 750 steps) to the town of Sant'Agata sue Due Golfi and it's restaurants and shops!! Would definitely stay here again!"
Grand Hotel Due Golfi
"Hotel is a little out of the way but view is fantastic. Rooms small, but balcony nice, bed is comfortable. Onsite restaurant for breakfast is Ok, for dinner OK as well, not standout on either. View from Bar and drinks outstanding. Parking is a bonus."
Villa Angelina
"This property is very beautiful and the views are stunning. Breakfast is great and the staff in general are attentive. There are two issues though that make me lower the rating to 4 stars. Number one (we were aware of but didn’t think would be so significant), the distance from the main road and everything else is huge. We ended up spending a lot of time and money getting around. Second issue is the lack of clarity about the description of the annex building where we stayed. On the website it says it has garden view only. This is inaccurate since the building has excellent sea views from not only the common terrace but some of the rooms. I was very interested in sea view and asked via message prior to the trip but I was not properly advised. Question was unanswered. Once I was brought to our room, I asked again about sea view from the room next door to ours, which was available and under the same reservation since we were a group of 8. My other friends were arriving later so I wanted to get that room with the view for me and my 3 friends who arrived first. The guy lied to us and said there was no sea view there and only a small window. I later confirmed that the room actually had a Juliet balcony and a window, both overlooking the ocean and Capri island. Do your research and make sure you request sea view if staying in the annex since it’s the same price and a much better experience."
Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello
"The property is gorgeous, situated on a high road overlooking the Gulf of Naples, with Capri in the not-so-far distance. Our Junior Suite was fantastic, with its own large terrace that we could use to sun ourselves or just have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Room was very large, as was the bathroom. Lucia helped immensely on check-in and throughout our stay. Pool on the roof was super nice, with lots of chairs and umbrellas, as well as an area with tables and chairs. The bar up there was great, thanks to Antonio. He got us to try a couple new drinks during our stay. The restaurant is superb, with an extremely wide selection menu. The staff there was always super attentive and offered suggestions on both entrees and wines. Overall, staying here was the best part of our three week trip to Italy. Kudos to the entire staff and ownership."
Hotel O Sole Mio
"Beautiful location at the top of Sant Agata. The room was clean & comfortable. Daily house keeping. Breakfast was good. Hotel bar has delicious espresso. Had a great pizza at the snack shack. Peaceful pool area with a great view overlooking Sorrento. Would definitely return."
Sapphire Rooms
"We enjoyed the room! The overall condition of the room was clean and very accessible to the beach and restaurants. The only problem was finding someone to help get the golf cart up the hill as it was quite a climb to walk. Some other hotels had this included. The reception to connect for a cab wasn't great as when we left we had to walk up to the top and catch a bus to the train station. We did it but wouldn't do this again. It was hard to communicate to someone from the hotel as you don't see anyone ever only on line. We did however have a great time!"
Relais Freedom Club
"Amazing staff and pool food was excellent ac works very well. Will go back next year"
MelRose Relais
"We loved this place. We booked the sea view with porch, and it was so beautiful! The breakfast was good and access to fhe pool was great! The location is a bit far if travelling by bus and the beaches as well. If you're travelling by car, it would be a great location."
