The location of the parking lot in proximity to the property was spot on. Well worth the $20 dollar fee. The staff here is beyond wonderful! We encounter three different ladies at the front desk and every single one of them were the friendliest, welcoming and helpful staff we've had on our travels. Seriously....the staff MADE our stay!

Night staff at the desk could not have been more helpful, great fun to be around. Room was clean but could have used a better floor cleaning. Breakfast was above standard.

Bathroom fixtures were loose; parking was tight; breakfast was good; staff was friendly …great customer service

Good for what we needed but it is small. 2 people and their luggage barely fit on their elevator. Room was clean but the curb appeal of the hotel is not inviting. Staff was great and it's convenient to many places.

The staff was great and incredibly helpful. Centrally located hotel with a shuttle. Plenty of stuff. Close by to eat and drink.

This hotel was in a great location close to American Family Field. It was easy check in and staff was super friendly and helpful. When we first arrived there were some interesting people outside the hotel but besides that everything went well and did not see anyone or felt unsafe. The parking next to the hotel was convenient as well.

Amazing clean property, stayed for 2 nights and absolutely no issues.

Shower was out of bath wash, retro-fitted shower wall was detaching from the wall, blow-dryer was filthy and caked with dirt, a homeless man knocked on the window in the dining area to ask for breakfast food. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Had a good stay for 4 nights. Clean room with a good breakfast every morning. Has parking and is easy walking to restaurants and shopping.

We had no problems here. We stayed for 1 night. The staff was extremely nice, and actually cared how our stay went. I did not go to the complimentary breakfast but my husband did and he really enjoyed it. He said there was a lot of selection. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. You did have to pay $20 to park, which I usually find hotels with free parking, so that was my fault. I did not pay attention, but still have a good stay.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location near food and convenience stores. Parking available for a small fee. Perfect little getaway—I’ll definitely be back!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Amenities are shared with the Ambassador Hotel across the street and are awesome — a convenience store area, a cafe, a bar, and a free shuttle. Free breakfast was great and the Apple TVs in rooms are perfect for streaming. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle makes it easy to get to American Family Field, and though the area between the hotel and the ballpark gets a bit sketchy at points, it’s walkable as well. Loved my stay.

$20 for parking unless you park on the street. There trying to upgrade this property but it does not like other Wyndham properties. Staff are kind breakfast was like other hot breakfasts. This is a noisy property so be prepared for that, I did not sleep well at all and let them know that. Apartments nearby and a concert hall nearby create the noise.
