The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again.

Nice property. Just a short distance from town center. Good restaurant (Sagner's) a block away. Plus one is the hotel with friendly staff. Didn't try the hotel's food. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean room with eager cleaning staff. I always tip the cleaning staff something. They're crucial. Small and friendly and english speaker friendly corner store down the block for essentials. Would absolutely recommend and stay again if I return. Only deficiency i found was no ATM. Coming from the US where they're everywhere, they're harder to find in Germany/ Hamburg. Not a deal breaker.

Hotel mit idealer Lage Nähe Alster. Graumannsweg ruhig und wenig befahren. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider ließ sich das Fenster nur kippen. (4. Stock). U-Bahn (U3) „Uhlandstrass“ oder Bushaltestelle „Mundsburger Brücke“ fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet lässt (für mich) keine Wünsche offen. Von Müslis bis Omlett, von Fisch, Wurst, Marmelade, Käse, alles in guter Auswahl immer frisch und über die gesamte Frühstückszeit verfügbar. Verschiedene Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Wasser mit Zitrone etc. zur Selbstbedienung. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
