There are some amazing places to eat in Tyler. If you enjoy great BBQ go to Rudy's. Great home cooked food Daniel Boones has got it. There is always so much to do when you are in tyler from dining to shopping to everything in between.

We recommend people should come in spring for the Azalea celebration. Even though we were in town on a rainy day, driving around the Azalea district was so beautiful.

Tyler is the perfect blend of small town charm meets big city amenities. Tyler has great schools (colleges) and there is plenty to do to stay busy (if that's what you're looking for). The people are friendly. I love the small town feel of Tyler.

More laid back than in Houston. Tyler's drivers are little aggressive though. Watch yourself.
"The stay was overall good however the water in the shower would've get hot; when we asked for ore towels, the front desk had an attitude ( male attendant)"
