Best Western Mineola Inn, Mineola
So disappointed. We requested to cancel one room and keep two in plenty of tadvance time. They canceled two and kept one. Fortunately the hotel was able to find another on this high demand weekend. One room smelled terrible. The rep kept sending me to call hotel and vice Versace. So frustrating and almost ruined our trip. Never again

Fix the door please.
Fridge in room knocked all night. Back door to the hotel was by our room but didnt lock so anyone could come in. It was also not on a pressure thing to keep it from slamming any time someone came in or out so that kept us up. Room was fairly clean but had a weird smell. Great location but I felt I was ripped off paying $130 to be kept up all night.

Won't stay again.
The parking area had people hanging out in their vehicles both at night and first thing in the morning. There was a lot of door slamming during the night. The internet connection was so weak, I couldn't connect to my Hot Spot.

Smoking hotel
The 2nd floor smelled like an ash tray.We did not know there were still hotels that allow smoking. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was subpar.I put a biscuit on my plate it was cold.We won’t be staying here again. It should have been a 59.95 per night hotel
