Small room, bathroom was tiny and shower was very small. Way overpriced, gym is small in the basement. The staff is nice.

Stayed here for a family trip for two nights. Got three Waters by providing my email address to become a member. The breakfast was really good. The room was a little small but that was to be expected. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean.

Nice hotel. The rooms are small but that’s expected for NYC.

This was a great location and value for the price. I do think it was a little run down, and the elevator situation wasn't great. You had to go up or down a floor to get to an ice machine and the room was very warm at the coolest setting. Overall a good stay and would recommend if you want to be walking distance from the subway, Times Square, and much more without paying a premium price.
