Good location for sightseeing Staff helpful Nice to have laundry facilities in NYC when traveling with a family Only very small issue with 4 people in room had to keep asking for towels as only left two each time Not a deal breaker though

Came here after a horrible stay at a different hotel…I am so glad I chose this hotel instead! I walked in around 11am and they granted me access to my room with no extra charge, the room was extremely clean and bathroom was nice as well. Great price for the location and I would definitely stay here again! Would like to say thank you to the lady that checked us in, I unfortunately forgot her name. And also thank you to Aaron for helping us out with storing our luggage while we explored the city a little bit more, waiting for our flight. Thanks so much for saving my trip!!

8/10 Very good

The room, staff and location are perfect!! Cafe is only open for breakfast and it is very good and reasonably priced. Only call out and this is not the hotels fault. It is NY and can be loud at night. We were on the 16th floor and it sounded like the windows were open. We ended up turning the fan on for the AC all night to help drown out the noise. Again not the hotel's fault just wanted to let any light sleepers know.
