Air conditioning remote not working Drilling outside at the construction site and inside during the day as some construction work was being carried out in the hotel Noisy corridor as other people walk talk - the hotel has very poor sound insulation Phone in the room didn’t work. Breakfast is very poor. Lift was not working in the first few days had to use service lift.
