"The staff named grace went above and beyond to help us with our transportation from Naples Centre to the hotel also from the hotel to Naples airport and gave us breakfast to go for our 5am journey to the airport. Also the staff/lifeguard Andrea is also amazing and funny, he gave us lots of recommendations. The hotel itself is very beautiful and close to some restaurants and store. The place is also 5-10 mins walk the bus stop going to Positano and Amalfi. Would recommend and would definitely go back again."

"Hotel Pellegrino is absolutely outstanding. I would have given it 6 stars if it was possible. The staff are sone of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They don’t make a big enough deal of the pick up and drop off service that they do around the local area, it is impossible to get around by car as parking in the local area is so difficult, so the hotel gladly drop you off and pick you up, as needed for free. Not all of the hotels do this. Really nothing was too much trouble - an amazing family business. 10/10 I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in that area"
