Rooms are fairly spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Staff were very friendly (shoutout to Jessy) and the location allowed for easy accessibility to the places we were planning on visiting in the city.

Perfect location, lots of subway access around, lots of food places and bars around, 10 minutes to Times Square walking. The reception staff were always lovely and chatty and helpful, The cleaning staff we never met but everyday came back to a freshly made bed and fresh towels. Bathroom clean and shower was hot and powerful, Excellent prices for a great location and to get some sleep. We literally slept and washed here so it was perfect.

4/10 Fair

Overall the hotel was fine and provided us a place to stay for a few days. The check in process was easy and the front desk helpful. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom which made us feel pretty gross. There was no fan in the bathroom which is probably why there was mold. You get what you pay for with this hotel.

Had a wonderful experience at Truss Hotel. The location is wonderful! The staff were accommodating and kind. We requested extra towels and they were at our door within 5 minutes. I was extremely impressed by the entire staff. Our room was small, typical NYC, but extremely clean. We are hopeful to be back!

The location is good and the room was clean and comfortable. A bit noisy due to classic NYC sirens 🚨. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, very helpful! Carlos, Jessie , Diane and Luz! It was also nice to have a little gym accessible on site and a short walk to Times Square. Would stay here again 👍

This place was great. Besides the beautiful room, nice view of the street, the train was close food nearby was awesome. The staff was great and attentive. Jessica was awesome. She went above and beyond and also made sure she made contact with us coming in and out of the building. We will definitely be staying here everytime we come to New York.
