My room was super clean and comfortable. The beds were a little firm. I did have the top floor balcony overlooking the lazy river and golf course. It was super comfortable and the staff for the most part was super helpful. The bar down stairs has a relaxed vibe and you can't miss the free tequilla shots at 5:30! The hotel was beautiful, very well kept. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Willow at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. The individuals at the valet and front door were always offering suggesting's on places to go, eat, offering water, and asking how we were doing. Shelby in the restaurant and pool bar was sweet, remembered everyone's names likes and dislikes, she was very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
