All the staff was great! We had an ocean view; but, on the first floor, this wasn't much of a view. I would opt for pool view. The pool and restaurant/bar area really made the trip for us - very relaxing with good music. I love the location - a few miles away from the Old Towne area. It was easy to use the shuttle or rideshare to anyplace we wanted to go. It was nice to be able to walk accross the street to the beach. The food and drinks were wonderful!

The hotel/resort was large yet the pool had 11 umbrella and many thirty loungers to use. It was almost impossible to get a seat in shade. The rooms had one chair in it that was extremely low to the floor and difficult to get in and out of. We did love the access to downtown shuttles. Next time I will stay somewhere else.

The rooms were so nice and we had a small balcony and view of the pool. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. The maid service and front desk were top-notch!
