The Brown is a beautiful, historic hotel located in downtown Louisville that is close to restaurants and nightlife. The staff were wonderful. Want to give a special shout out to Jeremiah. He was our bartender our first night and our waiter the second night of our stay. While there you must try the Hot Brown as this is where the dish was originally created. It was delicious!
