This was hands down the best hotel stay of my entire life. From the moment we checked in with a champagne welcome, amazing room amenities, wine and cheese (total understatement), fresh cookies and milk, amazing breakfast, water and seltzers. This lovely property, set in a perfect location for exploring Charleston, is my favorite of the many hotels I've visited. The staff is very eager to give the best service, the room was lovely, there were luxurious touches everywhere, and the included amenities like champagne upon arrival, room service breakfast, afternoon appetizers and evening milk and cookies were wonderful additions. Add to that a comfortable bed and a pillow menu. Expensive, but worth every penny.
