Really beautiful accommodation in Key West! The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was incredible with a lovely warm jacuzzi and two swimming pools. We appreciated the complimentary and unlimited cheese, crackers and wine which were offered for 2 hours in the evening. Overall a lovely stay and we’ll be recommending to friends and family

The hotel was beautiful and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The only issue I have was with the staff that checked me in. She was in the back room and looked up when I walked in, but did not acknowledge me. I was wondering if I was at the right spot. She was not kind and not overly helpful. The night Clerck was much nicer and much more helpful.

We stayed two nights. Tony at the front desk was awesome! Hotel is super close to everything. They had guaranteed parking just around the corner if their adjacent spots were full (parking is always hard to find in Key West). A/C in room was great. Pools and hot tubs were very well maintained and nice temperature! Only negative was the bathroom mirror was too small and too high for my short wife - no excuse for such a small, high mirror!
