Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the in-room dining options. The property is situated in a lovely area, perfect for a quick stroll or run. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
However, considering the cost of the stay, it would have been nice to have complimentary drinks and snacks included.

Old rooms, smelly, service below average, apparently half the hotel is 4 star but they don’t disclose that when you book, orders burger and it was soo bad had to return it

Great location for two nights, in the grounds of the palace, lovely surroundings walking the dog past fields of horses! Excellent dinner in the Veranda restaurant. Amazing staff.

The hotel is elegant with beautiful grounds and has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The Waldorf Astoria is also located next to Versailles place and grounds.
