Terrible stay! I have stayed here for several years. However, this past visit was very different.
First the valet guys were subpar. They brought our luggage in to the hotel and left it and us sitting there. When we finally got up to our room, the room was far down the hall, even though I had specifically asked for it to be close to the elevator. They were out of toothbrushes, things were not working in the room , and there was no soap. All in all, it was NOT the stay we were anticipating for that type of hotel.
