disappointing
Check in was supposed to be 4pm but we werent able to get a key to our room until almost 6pm because it "wasnt available yet" which then made us late to our 7pm event. Bathroom door wouldnt latch shut and the tub was draining extremely slow. very disappointing.

The person who checked us in Ke’vian (sp?) was so kind, accommodating, helpful, friendly and wonderful. I felt as though I had a few to many questions/requests but he just went down the list handling it all beautifully.

I was expecting better service.
I was hoping for a much better experience at this hotel. My room wasn't ready when I arrived. The staff told me they'd call when it was ready. I waited 30 minutes, nobody called. I went back to the front desk (had to line up again) and it was ready. Would have been nice to get a call. The room was tidy but had gum stuck to the carpet - which got on my shoes. And the phone didn't work in the room. I did not expect this from a hotel of this calibre.
