The room was clean. Everything functioned properly. The decor is quite outdated and sparse. The walls are quite thin. When walking down the hallways, You can hear every conversation occurring in each room. All that to be said, it is a fantastic location that is close to subway stations. Everyone that worked there was extraordinarily nice and helpful! For that reason, I would definitely stay again!

Old hotel but reasonably clean. Some street noise (sirens, honking) even on a high floor (16) but that’s to be expected in NYC. No issues with noise from other rooms. No issues with long waits for elevators as mentioned by other reviews, which I was thankful for. Good AC and heat The bathroom did smell a bit like vomit though, which was not great.

The staff was so polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hvac was great and the sound of the fan running was a nice white noise to fall asleep to, it steadily muffled the street noise that can sometimes make sleeping difficult if you’re used to quiet nights. Conveniently located, super close to subway. Would stay again!
