The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. We did have some issues with the AC in the room at first, and several times the keys were not working. Check-ins seemed to be a little erratic for those coming in at 4pm. It was very close to the beach and quiet at night

First off the staff is fantastic. Everyone was kind and friendly and I can’t say enough nice things about them. When you walk into the lobby, you may question whether it was the right hotel for you. It definitely needs updating. It looks like an office building with everybod’s stuff everywhere. However the room was solid - plenty of room for all of us. And proximity to the beach and local food and stores is really good. We stayed during a holiday weekend and paid premium for a room. It’s definitely not a high end hotel but for its proximity to the beach and the super girl pro contest it could not be beat. Again staff was super helpful with any and all concerns I had. A+ for them! Management just needs to update some things and it would be stellar. The major con was parking: plenty of spots but I would not want to park a truck there. Small car is really the only car that can fit with room on both sides to open doors.

It was beautiful. The view was awesome. The room felt cozy, it smelled good and it was clean. The only issue I had was that they did not clear out the drawers near the bed, and my youngest child found some “unmentionables” in there. It was awkward nonetheless our trip was amazing and the staff was very kind.

It is in a perfect location. Clean, friendly staff. My only complaint. Their parking building isn’t made for vehicles very tall. If you drive an SUV be prepared to fight for parking. The staff does not encourage visitors with smaller vehicles to park on upper floors of the parking building. The hotel maintenance staff will also park their vehicles in spots that a bigger vehicle could occupy. In my opinion staff parking in available guest parking is not very professional, considering parking is already tight.

The location is pretty much all you pay for. The hotel pool was tiny and had a silky film all over the top. The hot tub was broken and no one was informed while booking that it was broken. Also, there was people screaming and strung out yelling down our hall way acting like they were fighting or murdering people. Very scary. Also, they have “guests” living there who send their children out to pan handle the guest. They ask for money or they sell stuff. Very disappointed. But it was clean and it was a cute room with a good location.
