The stay was great, staff was great. The only thing that would have made it better would be complimentary breakfast or a restaurant off the hotel. We had a 1 month old, a 2 year old, a disabled adult, and a senior citizen so it was hard to get everyone to the restaurants down the strip

Good for one night. Ordered a crib online and when we got there they didn’t have any so we were charged $25 for a roll away bed. The hotel has 2 elevators but one was broken so everyone had to use the one. The store inside the hotel is a nice choice and a great location. The bathroom is tiny and the toilet seat was broken and the sink had a crack

This hotel is not familiar with the meaning of customer service. I don't write poor reviews, but this one needed to be shared, and hopefully this time it will be approved as a review. The lack of responsiveness to queries and requests for clarification are yet to be addressed by hotel management. That's all I'm permitted to say, but I would seriously consider other properties in the Virginia Beach area - we found a wonderful location that was responsive and willing to answer my questions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
