True Asian service level from check in and different person at check out. Flawless. Room was wonderful ( except bed was too soft for my liking). Mix work and then drinks, the hotel was difficult for me to find inside the casino. The elevators were too difficult to figure out for an Old man like me. But with those issues this was the best hotel stay I have had in the last 20 years.

We had a suite and it was excellent. My only recommendations would be to add a TV in the main bathroom. We could not hear the bedroom tv in the bathroom. Everyone was professional a d very friendly. Casey was vety helpful and sweet to my daughter and me.

The room had a pair of underwear on the floor when I got int the room which is clear to me the room wasn’t clean and has hygiene issues.
I called guest services and the manager left me a message, only taking off the resort fee. They should have comped the whole stay as it was terrible!!!!
The toilet was running all nice and kept me up at night.
The floor was not vacuumed. I saw hair and crumbs in the corners. Disgusting room and poor service. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be reporting it.

Nobu is an amazing place to stay in Las Vegas
The hotel smelled amazing, the room was beautiful and clean, loved to turn down service, free cocktail hour was a bonus! The room keys were super cool. The elevators were super cool. Everything felt upscale and luxurious. Be sure to make reservations and eat at Nobu! The food was amazing!!
