Really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Asheville! The property is beautiful, check-in was easy, and the staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and having a restaurant and bar right on the property was a nice bonus. They also have a shuttle for only $8 round trip, which made getting around Asheville really easy. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back!

The resort is very conveniently located close to downtown and other spots to visit. The breakfast was good with hot omelette option. The only issue i had was that the rooms were not upgraded to meet the current standards like the TV. The property itself was good and big enough to have a good stroll. Elevator was out of order two of the three days. There was visible leaking from a rain storm in the corridor by the stairs, which had no railings so was a bit tricky maneuvering. Beautiful property. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint would be the bathroom is so small two people cannot be in it at the same time. There wasn’t a place to hang my bathroom bag except the back of the door but then I could not open the door far enough to use the toilet or hardly stand at the sink. You cannot sit on the toilet, and open or close the door, it’s crazy small.
