Train station, konbini, and restaurants are very close. Everything was as advertised. Noise transfers between walls very easily, though.

It was a safe neighborhood and not to far from the station. However finding the place is tricky. watch the youtube video carefully. 2nd floor accomodation so a bit tricky with heavy suitcase. The front door is hope but your room has a key.
