You get what you pay for

Overall cleanliness was very bad. Our door was broken and had to lift up to shut it. We found a literally living cockroach on the top of the headboard. Someone walked into our room drunk at 4am through the sliding patio door. Woke up early to someone renovating the next room beside us. Was an unexpected last minute booking. Was cheap but now I know why

BAD Experience

Our room was disgusting, very filthy and the hallway smelled of urine. We walked in, looked around, and went back to the front desk for a refund. They gave us an opportunity to select a different room, so we checked out two other rooms and they were both in the same condition as the one we were given. I don't want to be too descriptive, the pictures will speak louder than my words It was a hassle getting this refund because we booked through hotels.com, the hotel representative said I had to contact them, she couldn't refund my money. Once I reached out to hotels.com through the app, the refund was promptly given. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding me

Staff deserve better

The service at the hotel desk was fantastic. Otherwise everything else was mediocre. The room was dirty, hallways had garbage everywhere, paint chipping off walls, something smeared on the bathroom wall, parking lot is like a minefield with all the potholes.

This property was the worst property I have stayed at with Days Inn. The building is disgustingly dirty, no elevator, the stairs was broken, bad odor, entry door was noisy and very hard to open, bathroom was disgusting and they don't offer wash clothes anymore. Based on the review online and when you get there..... omg, it's a total opposite of what the review said and what they advertise. It was just a horrible horrible horrible place to stay. They need to temporarily close and complete their renovation or work in sections and not all over the place the establishment was a disgrace to tge Wyndham brand.
