"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

"Nice hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
My major likings were the hotel room, location to major attractions, and the continental breakfast( the woman that serves it keeps all the ingrediants so i was able to eat some of the gluten free food)

see all hotels in Niagara Falls"Love Love this hotel"
We have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites but this one by far is my favorite...... The view from our room was just like the pictures show on Hotels.Com I was so excited to see the falls from room. AWESOME!!!!!!!
"Great value!"
We spent 2 nights at this hotel for our anniversary. We stayed in a fallsview king jacuzzi room. I did a lot of research in advance and the ES had the best rate for this kind of room, and we were not disappointed. The bed was huge! And it had a real jacuzzi, not just a regular bathtub with a couple jets (like some hotels that advertise "jacuzzi rooms"). […] Anyway, the room was great and had a great view of the falls. The manager's reception was ok, but the free cook-to-order breakfast made up for it. TIP: if you are going to eat at one of the restaurants in the hotel, choose The Keg over TGIFridays. We ate at Fridays thinking we would save money but the bill was $120 for a steak, chicken fingers, a beer, a mojito, and one desert! We ended up going over to the casino buffet for dinner on night #2 - $20 each! Read more
"The BEST view hotel"
We stayed in 2911 and it was the PERFECT view.Fireplace, jaccuzi large enough to fit three, wet bar, large comfortable bed, and huge living room on the other side. This view will make you speechless. The service was amazing. So friendly and caring towards your needs. This hotel is worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will be going back […] and staying with them. Read more

"Embassy Suites Niagara Falls"
We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites at Niagara Falls. It was the perfect fit for our family of five. We had an extra cot and refrigerator brought to our room for no extra cost. The bellhop who brought our bags to our room was very helpful and shared a bunch of great information about the area. The biggest challenge for us was finding a reasonably […] priced restaurant for dinner. Most of the options were very over priced chain restaurants. This seemed to be the case around the hotel and also the Clifton Hill area. But this was of no fault of the hotel. Read more
"Best views of both falls"
Awesome views. Were on 37th floor and WOW what a view. Had a 4 and 2 year old with us and they loved it. Window does open downward a few inches. I put a suitcase in front for safety. Close to incline, walk to everything at falls.
"Embassy Suites Fallsview Hotel"
We loved our room. Excellent view of the falls & very spacious. We are a family of 6 & would usually have to get 2 rooms, but not here. A little pricey and biggest downfall is the mandatory valet parking with a $20-$30fee. Also wish the wi-fi availablity extended to hotel rooms not just 9th floor coffee area. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would […] return. Read more

"Embassy at the falls,Canada"
The Embassy Suites in Canada was a perfect spot for a veiw of the Falls. The staff were very helpful and the location was a short walk to everything. I would definitely go back.
"Great view!"
Great view from room at night lights up the fall.
"Falls View Suite"
The Fallsview Suite is remarkable. Well maintained, well apportioned suites. My suite was spectacular, and the hotel has the best view of the bowl of the falls possible. The tourism desk was ready to answer questions, the front desk was ready for currency exchange, I valet parked with ease.... Breakfast was included (with the tiered dining area providing […] incredible views as well). If you have a passport, forego the American side, and stay at the Embassy Suites. The views are incredible, and I'd recommend the "Journey Behind the Falls." Read more

We have stayed two nights and the hotel. Service in the hotel is very good asnd all the staff is very nice and co-operative.
"Embassy Suite Niagara Falls _ Canada"
It was an amazing hotel, we upgraded to a Jr Presidential suite and had all the luxuries expected: Fireplace, separate living room with horseshoe fall views. bedroom with bothh falls view and a jacuzzi big enough for 2 large people. The bed was a little on the soft side but not a big deal. The inclusive breakfast was tasty but nothing special, however […] the price was free and can't beat this!. Hotel was conviniently located to all Read more
"Cool Location"
This Hotel is in a very nice location in conjunction to the falls and it is so nice to be able to sit in my room and watch the colors on the falls, missed the fireworks this time around though.

"Very nice, closest to the Falls"
It's one of the three hotels with a great view of the American and Canadian falls and the closest to them. We had a great view from our room, and also you get a fantastic view from the breakfast dining room. The room and all facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. This place has much to recommend it. To […] address some others' comments: The parking arrangement is a bit awkward but worked generally well. I don't like paying extra for parking, but that's how it is. You could park by the casino for less money. Breakfast included a lot of fatty foods, and also fruit, hot and cold cereals, etc. If you don't want eggs or bacon, don't get them. Why complain about it? I thought the breakfast was quite good, especially for free, and the view was awesome. The manager's reception includes two drinks per room per night. They're free drinks - your choice of reasonably good beer or shots/cocktails from name-brand liquors. We didn't care for the free wines. So what? The scotch and soda was great. So was the bourbon and coke. It's very nice and a free bonus. Not enough for you? Buy more. To actually get to the falls, you need to either take this little train thing about 75' down the hill (closed for the Winter) or walk about 2 blocks. There are no hotels down at the level of the Falls themselves and this hotel is the closest. The closest to walk to them is probably the casino though. Who cares? The restaurants are expensive. You're in a resort hotel. Eat somewhere else. We did. You go to a sporting event and the beer costs a lot. Shocker! Two tips for those who've never been to Niagara Falls: We're American. We love the USA. The Canadian side of the falls is much better. Also, there are hotels a bit away from the Falls that are cheaper and have free parking. But you're going to Niagara Falls. It was great having a view of the Falls when we got up in the morning and when we were in the room at night. The Falls are lit at night. I act Read more
"nice stay. Good location"
Brought the family to Embassy suites for a getaway. Everything was great. Kids loved the managers reception, but it was crazy. There was no open seats and people just acted crazy because it was so busy. Breakfast was very good. And pool was clean and nice. I refused to pay around $25 or $30 (cant remember) per night!!! For parking (valet was even more). […] Instead i parked next door at the casino for three days and it was free!!! All you have to do is get a players club card and put some money through a slot machine the day you leave. Read more
"Good Hotel in Great location"
we enjoyed 1 night at the hotel and were able to take in all of the sights we wanted to see within walking distance. we had a great view of the falls. we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. and we received great help from staff to find the amenities we were looking for.
Great view, room size, location and costumer service but breakfast buffet needs a little TLC; the offerings were very cheap and unhealthy food.
"View is really Impressive"
The falls-view room is truly impressive. We really enjoyed it. 9th Floor restaurant view is also great.

"Embassy Suites Niagara"
This hotel's location was FANTASTIC! However, having stayed at several Embassy Suites in the past I was disappointed with the overall experience. The usual "Manager's Reception" was replaced by two drinks, per room (not person). Considering the cost of this property I was expecting a little more.
"Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview"

"Great views and Location"
I stayed at the Embassy Suites Fallsview on a Wed-Thur in October 2011. The hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, just a railcar ride up from a people mover stop and Journey under the Falls. Beautiful view from a falls view room. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Too much to choose from and all of it very […] good. Crowds were absent on weekdays, didn't wait in any lines. Don't have a negative comment to make. Read more

"Worth the Price!"
We were in a Fallsview room, on the 29th floor with a good view of the Horseshoe Falls. Although I thought the price was reasonable as compared to the other high end hotels with a good view, it was even more reasonable when we figured in the snacks and drinks at the nightly manager's reception and the awesome made to order breakfast in the morning! […] Do be aware of the extra parking charges and plan to spend an additional 20-30 dollars for that! Read more
"Good Location"

"Would stay again"
The location is fantastic, it is across the street from the falls and the casino, so there is plenty to do. The one thing to be warned of is the outragously high prices fo the hotel restaurants. One is a TGI Fridays and the price of a drink was $13 (alcoholic) and a Chicken Quesadilla APPETIZER was $18 (all prices in Canadian). You would be much better […] off going to one of the other area restaurants as we did for the remainder of our stay. Read more

"We had a great stay"
Good location, friendly staff, would stay again.
Great room overlooking the falls! Breakfast buffet very convenient and good. Loved the bathtub! We will definitely be back!
"Too many gotchas"
The room was great and we thought we had been given a very generous welcome gift of a snack and water. Once you read the fine print though, you found that they charged you $12.95 for that Comfort Package and $3.00 per token. These things should not be in the room unless requested as they were easily mistaken as a welcome package. The hotel also automatically […] charges you for these things unless you call them and say you will not be using them. They "forgot" to take the charges off our bill and our travel companions and we had to go to the front desk at check out and have them fix that. I wonder how many people pay their "gotcha" fees? "Great Hotel - horrible shuttle service!"
Hotel experience was awesome - great room and beautiful view! But waited at a casino for shuttle servcie on a Friday night for over 2 hours. Shutlle was to run every 30 minutes and I never saw it. When I finally called the hotel an hour and a half later, a shuttle drove by but never slowed down enough for me to even get the drivers attention. When I […] finally walked back to the hotel, I talked to a manager who basically said that I wasn't telling the truth becasue no one else had complained that night. I was not happy: I had to walk back to the hotel in the dark by myself and my foot hurt - especially since I recently had foot surgery! Read more
Overall, it was very nice place to stay. I loved the fact that guests were invited to have a free drink and snacks after our check-in (not sure if they provide this service everyday). Just make sure to understand that they charge for little items inside room (bottled water, snack and internet access) and parking.
