The hotel was clean enough and conveniently located right down town, near to the subway. Parking was very expensive compared to other loaclly available options (i.e. "green P").

you SHOULDN'T have two hotels with the same name in the same city!! We were very disappointed that we had to wait for the hotel bus to take us to the wrong hotel and then had to take a 40.00$ taxi to the right one.The hotel was Four Points by Sheriton but Dixie road. I happened to get Frost bite on my big toe because of all the waiting and travelling.We had just arrived back from Mexico and had no closed shoes or boots.Not fun.Th hotel itself was great but do we want the inconvience again probably not....

The hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes' drive from the airport and they offered a convenient shuttle that got us to the airport in plenty of time. The rooms were very clean and brilliantly set up so that the double beds were back to back with a large headboard, creating the feeling like there were two separate rooms. Perfect when sharing with family members or friends.

it was a wonderful stay except that the security knocked on our door to tell us that there was a complain from the people on the hotel room beside us about noise coming from us. In fact they are the ones who were so noisy because they are having a party. The security should have observe and investigate first before deciding to warn us that should they […] complain again we will be force to leave. It seems that whoever complain first will be the one they will listen to. I hope they do it better the next time. Otherwise, it won't be fair if it's how you manage to address the situation. I had to spend the night in Toronto for Pre-op examinations prior to open heart surgery. I asked only that our room be close to an elevator as I am unable to walk any distance due to my condition. Upon arrival I checked in with a charming polite and informative female employee. Without a word she upgraded us to a handicap friendly room right by an elevator. […] What a different reception than at other hotels I recently stayed at in Toronto. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view. I wish I could have seen more but was unable to leave the room until early morning in order to attend the hospital. This hotel was the perfect hotel for our family's mini getaway. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and we were able to go skating at Nathan Phillip's Square. We did eat at Bistro on 2 which was good, but not great and it was a […] bit too pricey, however, again, the staff were phenomenal. The only complaint that I would have is that I think the hallways are starting to look their age and probably need a bit of a reno, however, the room we had was great, updated, clean and everything we needed. View over City Hall at Christmas was just great. Walk to Eaton Centre, theatre and many restaurants. Restaurant in hotel is not fancy but Trader Vic's was closed for Reno. Very good service and the one bedroom suite was perfect for us. Fun to be back in Toronto.

After reading some of the reviews I was beginning to have doubts about my choice for this hotel and considered cancelling my reservation. However, due to time frames it was not an option and we went. Quinns Steakhouse offered excellent dining options(and I am a picky person) and the Hotel's BRKFST buffet was totaly awesome (Bistro on 2 - I think). Also realized that I stayed at this asme hotel last December having had a similar experience; I think that the folks who complain need to go to a smaller/more personalized hotel; this is big hotel; a Metropolis on it's own. The pool was closed, but the hotel offers a complimentary cab service to it's sister hotel The Harbour Castle Westin for a swim in their pool. Been there too(before - not this time) and pool is fine. We were there (three adults, one child) for the ballet and an overnight stay. Wonderful service, helpful staff. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovations.

"Valet Parking for a Toyota Tundra"
Well we choose to go to the Royal Alexandra Theatre because of great show--Rain. After all the contemplating I reluctantly agreed to the Sheridan only because we can't park our Toyota Tundra underground because it is pretty big and tricky...so we go here because valet parks truck right in the immediate area within eyesight at all times. So we pull in […] after booking online and he says...valet? We say yes...and he says No more Room....Your truck is to big for Valet but you can go around the corner down one level to parking! (We took the truck because we were shopping...) So....no parking for a bigger size truck and very disappointed from that point on.....next time...definitely not my first choice. Read more

Stayed at the Sheraton last Saturday to go to a Leafs game...great location, easy access to the game, cabs are at the ready...the stay at the Hotel was excellent , great view from the room of the CN tower. The continental breakfast was very good ...We will be back...

Upon arrival we were a little concerned about the huge line up. We were pleasantly surprised to see it went extremely quickly as they had enough staff on the front desk to accommodate the large amount of people checking in. The location was excellent for walking around the downtown core. Room was clean with nice furnishings, and it was very quiet. We […] were on the 29th floor and had nice view over City Hall. The only shortfall was that the air in the room was extremely dry, so much so that we had a hard time sleeping, and the sheets on the bed were too small! The sheets barely covered the mattress and were too small for the king bed. Any movement you made in bed while sleeping pulled the sheets off completely. Somewhat annoying! We visit T.O. periodically to take in a concert or a play. Usually use Hotels.com or other sites to get a good hotel rate. Love staying at the Sheraton Centre because of its location - close to everything. This last time we had a lovely room on a high floor with a great view. Everything went well except for dinner. We were running late and decided to […] eat in one of the hotel restaurants! Quinn's Steakhouse. The food was very poor quality and my meal made me ill - terrible indigestion. Having just returned from the land of food, Italy, we were actually digusted at how bad this meal was. Toronto has some good restaurants, but this is not one of them and should be avoided. "convenient but not worth it."
We booked a king-sized bed with valet parking. The parking is $45. per day. We took room 411 as it was ready. After a while in the room, we noticed it was quite cool. They temp showed 66 degrees, but the thermostat didn't work. That explained the reason for the plug-in "Airworks" rad sitting by the window. We had the rad plugged in all night on full […] but it didn't heat the whole room. Also, the black-out curtains didn't open. When we checked our 2 day old truck before leaving, there was a nice big shoe print on the top of the front bumper. They had parked the truck at the Queen St exit by the public sidewalk. Convenient Location..reasonably priced parking at City Hall with tunnel to hotel.Chinatown nearby for adventurous dining out. Have stayed there before, for conferences, but this was my first personal booking. Didn't use the pool this visit, but it's a neat experience to be indoors and out at the same time.

Great location. Right in the heart of everything. The lobby is magnificent but there were a lot of people and noise going on. We were on the 32 floor and the view of the city was amazing. Great experience!
Location was great with restaurants nearby Bed was comfy and it was nice to have a choice of duvet or blanket.

The heating in the room did not exists it took room service 3 hours to get us a small heater. We also ordered food thru the room service which that came very fast but was horrible food and highly priced (which was expected) the sliders (2 realley small burgers) had a strong smell of bad beef, the Greek salad had bad Feta & the calamry was like rubber. We enjoyed our stay. The location was right across from city hall and Nathan Phillips Square where we saw the touching tributes to Jack Layton. The front desk service was a bit slow at check in, but they were courteous and encouraged us to check out without desk service on Sunday. This saved us time as they were quite busy.
