"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay
"Great location and large suits."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

"Marriott falls view niagara falls - stunning views"
This hotel I selected because of high ratings & was not disappointed, our room on the 21st floor had gorgeous view of the falls, room was clean and of good size for our family. Lots of choices for eating and other activities around. Enjoyed our stay enormously.
Great Location for the price offered

"Best view in NF but service was too much"
Beautiful hotel with beautiful view of the falls. Valet service made it kinda feel like we were trapped because we always had to call and wait for our car and at check out time the wait was 20 minutes. Service personnel were so friendly it felt like we were constantly being asked if we were enjoying our stay which instead of being nice felt desperate […] which is not as bad as bad service but it made us uncomfortable. No free internet in rooms and poor TV channels. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom so the room was not as clean as I like it. Beautiful place, no question but need to improve cleaning and tone down the 'friendly' factor or change what staff say to you so that the same question isn't being asked over and over again. "Outstanding"
This hotel was worth every dollar.Great view of falls, very comfortable, people were great. The only issue was the price of food outside the hotel. THE PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS ,this was Feb not July. I will stay at the hotel anytime, but I will stay in the hotel to eat
"Close to the falls, not the other attractions"
The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a pretty good view of the falls. Parking was an additional $25. The hotel was a close walk to the falls but was pretty far from the other attractions which wouldn't have been "far" if it wasn't freezing outside!
"staff -paid"
Paid for room in advance. The male attendant at the reception counter was rude and did not want to accommadate or provide a room with a roll out bed. The room attendant said at time of departure when questioned why we had no shampoo and body wash liquid ....said we had to speciffically rrequested same. That is odd to say the least

"Excellent choice"
Pricey, but nice.
"Wonderful!"
This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. We booked a full falls view room and were not disappointed. Our room was on the 15th floor and both nights we sat in the window just watching the falls. All the hotel staff were very polite and saw to our every need. Because we went in the winter it was a walk down to the falls, (the rail is closed this time of […] year) so be aware of this if walking a little way is a problem. Even though it is chilly, I highly recommend seeing the falls in December, it is breathtaking. When I go back, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I have stayed on both sides of the falls and the Canadian side is far superior, both in beauty, views and amenities. Read more
I like the hoter because good quality services.
"Marriott Fallsview-Great views...that's about it."
I booked a falls view room, and that view was likely one of the best in Niagara. Unfortunately, that's about where the compliments stop. Though it is a good, clean hotel, I found nothing stellar. The rooms have no air conditioner, and get incredibly warm at night - even in late December. Linens are well worn. Staff is mediocre at best. The restaurant, […] Terrapin Grill, is decently priced, but the food is awful. The view isn't very good, either. And, to top it off, the Hotels.com price includes a free room upgrade, which the hotel refuses to honor. All in all, it's a nice, clean hotel. However, I don't know why it's the highest rated, or priced. I see no reason to pay the premium price. Read more
"Great location and place."
It is just in the falls, you have them in your window, it is a dream come true. Service in the hotel is great and food in its restaurant looking to the falls fantastic. It was a family vacation and my two little kids were really happy, even the 4 yo at the next stop arrived slept, as soon as he wake up he gent to the window looking for the fall, he […] was disappointed to be in Toronto. "November stay"
Room was nice. Would reccomend a higher floor than the 6th as you cannot see the falls as well lit up at night.. Niagara Falls has turned into a tourist trap from the last time I stayed. The prices of a drink average $10 and its around $18 for a hamburger in town. NIce hotel but take out a loan to stay here. Parking is extra around $30 a day.
"Amazing direct full view of Niagara Falls"
Amazing location and amenities!

I would just like to make a special note that our tour guide and bus driver Norm is truly an asset to the Marriott. My husband and I both walked away from the vacation thinking the same thing which was that the tour was truly the best part of the trip and Norm really was the person who did that!
"Excellent stay!"
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The room was perfect....overlooking the Falls- the view was magnificent. Easy walking distance to everything. The fireplace was an unexpected treat...I would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone, and plan on coming to stay again. What a treat!
"Parking"
the parking is 30.00 dls.
"Marriott Niagara Falls Hotel - Sweet View!"
We had a Full Falls view room on the 15th floor with a fantastic view of the falls. My wife let out a "Oooh! Oh my God!" upon entering the room and opening the curtains. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and is very close to the falls, restaurants, casino, etc. It also has a very nice spa, pool, jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, and gym on the […] lower floor. I actually can't think of any negatives except maybe the higher room rate, but my wife and I agreed it was worth it! We would stay there again. Read more
"Great Room and View"
When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade to a better room for a very reasonable fee, which we did and ended up on the 18th floor. It was well worth the extra money. We ended up with a two-room suite with two TVs, but the best part was the huge picture window overlooking the falls. We sat in front of the window over and over […] again and couldn't get enough of the view. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is located within two blocks of lots of restaurants. Make sure you ask for a room with the falls view. Read more
"Niagara Falls Marriott"
Pleasant stay. Great view on the 19th floor. Great people to help. Very friendly. Clean rooms.
"Marriot Fallsview, Ontario, Canada"
Very nice accommodations. Beautiful view of the falls. Would reccommend this motel but it is expensive. I didn't mind the romm cost per night but had to pay an additional amount even if you parked your own vehicle. Then it would be in a non-secure lot at a construction site.

"Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa"
Had at great stay at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa. This hotel is within walking distance of Table Rock - take the railway down the hill. It is also within walking distance of the casino. We took one of the tours offered at the hotel and were given passes for the hotel shuttle which includes stops at the two casinos and the Clifton Hill area. The […] people at the tour and information desk in the hotel were great. I was travelling with someone who had mobiity issues and they made sure that we had a wheelchair during the tour. This allowed us to take the Maid of the Mist boat ride which does not have seating. We had a wonderful dinner at the Terrapin Grill restaurant in the hotel. This hotel offers close views of the falls. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room. The hotel staff was courteous, prompt and helpful. The hotel really made our stay at Niagara Falls, Canada a wonderful experience. Read more

"marriott fallsview niagara falls"
The view from our hotel room was spectacular. Able to see fireworks from our bedroom window. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Walking distance to many restaurants with convenient cable car down to building with attractions. I would stay here again.

great view of both falls--away from carnival atmosphere- would return in a heart beat if funds and time would allow.
"The Marriott-Niagara Falls-Fallsview Hotel"

"Marriott Hotel at Niagara Falls, Ontario"
Very nice hotel. We had a great view of both the American and Canadian Falls from a high floor. Very good tourist desk in main lobby ready to give good advice on tour packages, bus service, etc.

We stayed just one night to visit the falls. We had a nice and large room overlooking the falls. We liked our short stay and we can recommend the hotel to anyone, who would like to spend more than the day in the area. Probably if I would go back to Niagara Falls I would just plan a day trip, which is more than enough to visit the area and then continue […] my trip to sleep somewhere else, where the price is much more affordable. "Best View of the Falls"
We had a room on the 12th floor facing the Canadian Falls and the view was spectacular. Do not waste your money staying in any room that does not have a view of Niagra Falls.
"Great view, good location, o.k. staff."
The hotel itself is nice. The view was breathtaking - you couldn't find a better view of the falls - even from the skylon tower. Our room had a whirlpool jet tub in the bathroom with shutters that opened up into the main room with the view. It was great after a long day of walking around Niagara! The gym is small but has all you need - 2 treadmills, […] 1 stair climber, free weights, medicine balls, and mats. The pool area has a sauna, a steam room, and two hot tubs. It was perfect for a rainy day. The staff, although friendly, was not knowledgeable about the area. We did not have a computer or smart phone with us and refused to pay the use of public computers. Instead we asked the tour information counter for advice on where to eat and directions. We quickly realized that we were better off taking blind guesses about both. Don't be misguided by the incline railway - it is not the only way to get down to the falls. The walk from the hotel to Table Rock is not far at all..its better to walk than to pay every time you go to and from the falls. Bring your own water! There are NO water fountains anywhere in Niagara and on a hot summer day (we had a 90 degree heat wave) you will get dehydrated or become broke buying expensive water bottles. We packed lunches (sandwiches) and ate out for breakfast and dinner to save money. DO NOT GO TO MY COUSIN VINNYS! ugh..the hotel recommends this place as good Italian food. Being from the tri-state area (CT, NY, NJ) i know good italian food - i had the worst meal I ever ate at Vinny's in Niagara Falls. The hotel is a short drive to the Botanical Gardens - if you have a car - drive there - you can spend all day here. P.S. using a cab is a better value than the people mover. Bring a picnic lunch and a book to relax with under a tree after you explore the gardens. Read more
"Room with Fallsview had no view"
We booked a room with the view on the Falls which cost extra. What they did not tell is that actually you can get any view only if you are on the top floors. They put us on the 5th floor so all we could see was the trees! It was very disappointing
"Niagra falls"
Great location awesome view. Good places near by. But all marriots are cheap. They charge you for parking and you don't even get a bottle of water for free with the room.

"Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview - Great Hotel"
It took me a long time to decide which hotel in Niagara to stay in. I read reviews of each hotel, compared prices and ultimately decided on the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview and Spa and I am so glad I did. The view of the falls was unbelievable, the hotel staff couldn't be any nicer and the room was spacious and more importantly, CLEAN! I did not […] use the gym (I did take a peek and it was very small, so if that is important to you, you wouldn't be happy), nor did we use the pool so I can't give you any input on those. I heard the hotel bar was VERY EXPENSIVE, so we also stayed away from that. However if you're looking for a great room and staff this can't be beat. Read more
They let us check in early which was really helpful. The room could have been a bit bigger. It would have been good if the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Had a view of both the falls. Very close to everything.
A
parking is a big problem because you need to pay! it's not free parking!
