My wife and I hadn't been to Canada for years so we decided to book a room at the raddison with a fallsview. We first looked on line then called to book the room, when we checked in we asked about parking they said it was free and if lot out front was full they had vala parking also free. The so called fallsview room was not at all what I expected for […] $215.00 we were able to see a small part of falls do to another hotel that was blocking most of the view. Also we awoke to a parking bill for $22.50 slipped under ower door sometime during the night no dought after they seen that we were in for the night! Good and comfortable hotel. Our room had direct / excellent view to the horseshoe fall. Only that fall can be seen from selected rooms of the hotel. Falls and other attractions are at walking distance. Parking is 20$/day.

The hotel was very nice. The view of the falls from our room was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even suggested some things to see and do away from the tourist stuff downtown. The valet guys were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely book at this hotel again.

The hotel was comfortable, we stayed on the 13th floor, at midnight on the 1st, the fireworks celebrating the New Year lit up our hotel room. Our Fallsview Suite was on the 3rd floor and it's winter so there was not THAT great of a view of the actual falls but the view was lovely. (see attached photo) The room and bathroom were huge. New and clean. Plenty of amenities. Walking distance to the falls in the winter is a challenge because the walkway is closed and you have to use the street down […] by the casino so we walked a good 15 minutes each way just to get down to the falls. Tony Roma restaurant in the hotel offered a breakfast buffet (not included in the room). It was so-so. We ate at Tim Horton's a lot cheaper the other days. Parking is not included ($20 per night) but the valet was included. They were nice and it was convenient. We did not use the pool because the hotel was filled with a young boy's hockey tournament and there were kids everywhere. Overall, a nice place to stay if you want decent proximity to the falls and downtown area. Read more

This hotel was a great choice. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the falls. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. Loved the free wifi and access to computers in the main lobby. My only complaint was loud heater.

Nice hotel...very clean and service was amazing however the jets in our Jacuzzi didn't work..our sleep number bed didn't work so our bed was incredibly hard and the " heated pool" was very disappointing (cold and 3.5 feet deep). I personally would not stay there again based on the location alone..it's far from everything other then the IMAX theatre […] and I don't recommend spending the extra cash to get a "falls view" since there are other hotels surrounding the Radisson which makes it impossible to see the falls no matter what room your in. I came back here because I had a great experience 2 years ago. I opted for a city view room to save money, and I was given an upgrade to a fallsview room on the 10th floor at no extra charge! The service was great, the room was spacious, clean, and very quiet.

Excellent staff. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance (who changed out remote batteries) - everyone was so nice. Every day they greeted you with a smile. The room was clean, accomodations such as pools, fitness center, and etc seemed great (even though I never used them), too. However, I was surprised about $20 parking fee. I've never been to a hotel/motel which charges its own guests for parking. Is this a new trend that I didn't know about? Overall the room was nice...the falls view is really half a falls view. The other half is blocked by the marriot right in front of the falls. Only food option at the hotel was a very expensive Tony Roma. There is a reasonably priced pizzeria across the street of the back side of the hotel. Fitness center only consisted of 2 treadmills, and elliptical, […] and a couple of free weights. Parking was $20/day. Here was a real bummer. It seems like they rent out the lot to people who go to the casino and restaurants in the area. We wanted to leave Saturday night to go to the other side of town. When I asked what would happen when i come back because it seems like parking is going to be an issue. I was told we would have to see if the valet drivers would be able to find a spot. I feel that for $20/day, that shouldn't even be an issue. Another issue was that the jetted tub didn't work. Maybe next time I'll spend the extra money for the marriot or embassy across the street with a full view. Read more

This hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very polite and helpful. We stayed in a King suite with a view of the horseshoe falls. The only thing that could be improved in this hotel was the T.V. It was a bit fuzzy and limited cable channels.

Each staff member could not have been more accomodating. They even worked with us when we had to leave a day early due to flight cancellations from Hurricane Sandy. Room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel was close enough to walk to restaurants, casino, and the Falls though shuttle passes are provided and take you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. Breakfast buffet at Tony Roma's was very good, too. Overall a great choice, you won't be sorry!

Had a great time at the Raddison. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and help. Had a spectacular view of Horseshoe Falls right out our 7th floor room window. Nice shower with large jacuzzi tube. Hotel is located in the heart of all the action. We walked to Falls, Casino and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

I booked this hotel without any prior knowledge. It seemed expensive, but the best deal of a lot of quite pricey hotels... and we would not have a view of the falls, but i hoped it would at least be comfortable and convenient. We arrived early and were happy to find that we could check in , and we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the […] horseshoe falls. It was such a nice surprise! A perfect view of the Canadian Falls. Just a ten minute walk, downhill, to the falls, and a 15 minute walk to most everything else. I can not recommend this hotel enough.
