"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged.
The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.
Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to...

. The service was extra friendly and courteous and we always had everything we needed. Our room was just pure perfection- our bed was facing the sea with a small pool on the porch. Waking up with White gauzy curtains blowing in the breeze every morning was quite beautiful. The shower was inside but had an outdoorsy feel with great smelling soap and hair products. I would stay here again...

"We enjoyed staying at Ganesh. It has different agreements with beach clubs in the area so you can go to the coolest place with no cover to pay. Ganesh is a small boutique hotel with no pool, but there’s absolutely no need as you’ll have the beach reaching your door step.
When it comes to parking, it’s hard. So Ganesh has another agreement with a sister-hotel 4 min away (walking) for 400 pesos/24 hours.

"Nice hotel but disappointing experience : staff is very nice (cleaning woman was so friendly), bedrooms are spacious, eco friendly environment. However our room was literally sharing a wall with the restaurant where the music was so loud that we could not have a nap, relax or sleep well the entire 6 days. Same thing on the beach, loud music from 11am-evening. We decided to pick a small hotel to avoid the craziness of the resorts but actually it was the same. We had to ask daily to lower it down....
