"Overall it was okay. Pool areas nice, even some under reconstruction. But that was mentioned on Homepage.
Staff friendly as usual.
However, mid-Management needs to gear up. Plenty of small issues all ocer, which should not occur in a Hotel as this. It would be easy to fix - teach personnel is fine, bonding of staff event is fine, but when you twach = you have to supervise and control!
But overall a good relaxing stay."

"After a bit of a mix up at check in we were offered a room upgrade to a Seaview room. Which was very much appreciated and was stunning !
Service throughout the hotel was very welcoming and professional. The resort was very clean and food at the restaurant was delicious and tast.
It was low season so was rather quiet which we enjoyed.
Pool and beachfront kept very clean and inviting for a swim. We enjoyed our stay. "
