"Great B & B! We were only passing through Limerick on our journey, but this was such a great find for us! We got in late in the night, so to have a beautiful pub right downstairs was a perfect way to end the evening! Breakfast the next morning was also good, with seating in a cute sunroom. The man at the desk was so nice, helping us with our luggage at check in and helping with directions when we left. Having parking right on site was also great!"

"I thought certain aspects of the hotel are a little shabby and worn compared to when i last stayed some years ago. The breakfast was just OK. Some hot items were missing even thiugh wexarrived in plenty of time. . Our stay was comfortable and the staff pleasant and heloful. €12 for overnight parking is a bit steep. I would have hoped it would have been free or discounted."

"Everything was as described! The staff was friendly and explained everything to us upon arrival. We found parking across the street to be simple and efficient, costing 10 euro/24 hours. The restaurant underneath was convenient and solid atmosphere. The best part about the hotel is the location! Easily walkable to everything and fun nightlife. "

"Although the bed linen, towels and room was clean the hotel is very grubby. Carpets need replacing and bath, shower and bathroom generally was in poor condition. Rust marks on hand basin. Shower was difficult to turn on because part was broken. Shower head dirty and disgusting. Staff very nice and helpful "

"We got dinner in the attached restaurant which was of very cool interior design and the food was quite good. Great location. No complaints on the rooms. Staff quite friendly. Only complaint is the hotel doesn't have a fitness center, but those are hard to come by in Ireland."

"Perfectly adequate for a night or two. Rooms and furniture are a bit dated now and I noticed in my room there were some issues with the walls with pain peeling in certain areas. Bathrooms were fine. Beds were comfy and the room amenities were good. Breakfast was ok but nothing special."
