"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"The hotel, the grounds and the pool are wonderful. The hotel isn't on the beach but it has it's own private lagoon with a small sea wall on the other side of the road and the kayaks there are free to use. The staff are super friendly and we had an amazing two days where we visited the lava fields and blow holes. "

"I wouldn't recommend this property to others for the following reasons.
We stayed 4 nights and every night there was a lot of noise even after midnight I believe this was from the restaurant patrons (seemed like a party every night).
When using the toilet the toilet paper was requested to not be flushed but put in the bin beside toilet, this in itself wasn't an issue it was the fact that our rooms weren't serviced at any stage over our stay which has the potential to create a health issue from...

"Hi just had 6 nights here and if you want a relaxing stay then definitely stay here. Staff are amazing attentive and just happy people to be around. Definitely think about going on a tour as we went two days and had a blast. The resorts not the newest but is clean and amazing"
