"They were so so lovely and we arrived way before check in due to our flight arriving early. The lady at the front was so nice and saw we came from Canada and were jet lagged and arranged for us to check in asap! Huge lifesaver "
"The hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available.
The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. Overall cleanliness gets 5 stars.

We had such warm tea in our entire time there from the reception to the restaurant to the pool. The room was lovely and I’m so glad we opted for a room with the full ocean view.
