    Horrible hotel. Disgusting
Horrible hotel. We had 3 people and they took 4 hours of arguing to finally understand that just a king sized bed would NOT work. Reservation for 3 should mean room for 3. The shower drain was clogged and flooded entire bathroom. There was no hairdryer. The rollaway bed was broken and lopsided. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Movenpick
Pros: Lobby was nice and modern Room was big, clean and comfortable Cons: Gym was filled with flies, ALL of the exercise balls were dirty and dusty Tried to go to restaurant on the main floor- (SEVEN) and an employee told us to return later because they weren’t open yet. Upon returning, we were told the place was closed for a private event! Would have been nice for the first employee to tell us that. An employee in a suit tried to communicate with us but we did not speak French and he did not speak English. He kept trying to usher us down to their Moroccan restaurant downstairs but we did not want that and he could not answer whether SEVEN would reopen later. As a traveler who understands I am a guest of a country, I do not expect people to know English but in a 5 star hotel, i’d expect more of an effort to help us. We ended up going to their rooftop 16eme restaurant and ate mediocre sushi and watery overpriced drinks with just ok service but enjoyed the vibe and views.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. It is very dirty. Food from the restaurant dowsnstairs is awful. 4 of the folks in our group got sick after eating the food.
