Overall, the hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, professional and friendly staff, and great service. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide and delicious variety.
However, our experience at the pools was disappointing. The main adults-only pool was closed throughout the weekdays and only opened during the weekend—something that should have been clearly...

"This is definite faded grandeur. The ground floor looks and feels beautiful but the rest of the hotel is tatty - not helped by a lack of cleaning In some of the common parts. Staff were slightly taciturn, but we went out of season and they might have been busy doing other things. The location though is fantastic and, crucially, there is a good breakfast! This hotel could be so much better with some love. As it is, it is over priced."

Only one thing notice, we went their August very hot weather and that air condition machine in the room was not working properly because it was very old one."

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly, great with children. Never have we felt so welcomed and looked after. From the moment we checked in we knew this was going to be a fantastic holiday.
Room was lovely and clean, had everything you could ask for. Some of the best food we have had in an all inclusive. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent.
Can't wait to visit again and will reccomended to

Room was lovely and clean, had everything you could ask for. Some of the best food we have had in an all inclusive. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent.
Can't wait to visit again and will reccomended to family

The hotel is spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, featuring two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and lovely gardens with apple and vine trees. The surrounding area offers breathtaking views of the mountains and village, with access to hiking routes. There is also a supermarket and restaurant conveniently located nearby.
Our room was large with a spectacular view, but it felt a bit cramped and dated....
