Manager was rude and confusing after been many years at the same location came up with fee than we were not familiar with it ( pets) according to last year person we need to pay ones in a life time now this person said according to the owner it’s an every year fee… we need to relax not to get into our nerves with actitudes and poor customer service.

Very good stay, but one major inconvenience
Staff polite and helpful. Was very disappointed that I had no information that the pool was closed for renovations. That was a key reason for choosing your hotel. Luckily we were able to use the amazing pool at the Lewes Hyatt House. Still inconvenient to drive the six miles back and forth.

Not bad but could use some love
3 of us stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of space, parking for two vehicles, two rooms, 3 beds, nice kitchen and sitting area, nice balcony. None of the bathrooms or bedrooms had trash cans, the shower/bathtub in the room with the queen sized bed didn’t drain well so the water gathered/pooled around my feet as i showered. The sink in the adjoining bathroom was not clean or our arrival, and neither the refrigerator nor freezer were clean - the freezer had very visible stains, where it appeared something had spilled. There was only one garbage can in the kitchen, a good size receptacle. Towels were plentiful for the 3 of us. Bathrooms and closets were large. The indoor pool was unimpressive, but it was heated (didn’t visit the outdoor pool). The breakfast was decent. Oh, the staff were all great! The place definitely has potential, you just need to manage expectations. Good for quick trips with a group.

Average Hotel Stay
It is a nice location. However, too expensive for a Friday in March. The staff was very nice. We waited an hour for our room to be ready. Nice water pressure from the shower. Average bed comfort. Ample size room with a den like area. Unfortunately, the walls are not very sound proof. We heard EVERYTHING. Our room was on the first floor. We heard people in the next room. We heard people sitting in the lounge area on the first floor of the hotel, socializing. The thing I didn’t like was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9AM, asking us if we were checking out that day. It gave you a sense that they wanted us out as soon as possible.
