Nice stay

The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you.

Cottage for 6 was comfortable and perfect. There were rooms for privacy and luggages can be fully open. The dining / well-equipped kitchen was spacious for 6 as well. The cottage comes with complimentary off site onsen ticket, conveniently located across the cottage. Daiso and ample dining options all within walkable distance. Last but not least, the mount fuji view was magnificent from both inside and outside the cottage. Would love to stay here again when we visit mount fuji.

It is a resort, what is there to say. The view of Mt. Fuji was right there and incredible, the cedar tubs were like a hot tub, and it was just so incredibly relaxing. It was one of our more expensive stays for the trip but it was definitely worth it. The only points are that the onsen rules are a little confusing and the walk to any station is quite far. I would really recommend a car as the drivers in the area were very considerate and patient and the resort has great parking (we used Yoshimura Rental Car at Kawaguchiko Station and it made things a lot easier). I can 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing time around Fuji-san.

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel very welcomed here. If we were to come back to the Mt Fuji area we will definitely choose this accomdation!

Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again

This is my second stay, and we love the wooden design features! The house has its own parking spot, and there's a free hot spring shop in front. It's a 3-minute walk to Daiso and many nearby eateries. The view of Mount Fuji is stunning, and it's just a 5-minute drive to Fuji-Q Highland! please correct

This place is amazing, looks just as the photos described. Super clean and lovely place, the staff was also friendly. Only downside is that they don't allow tattoos on the public baths, which isn't uncommon, but it wasn't stated on the description which made me think they weren't a problem. Pros: • The hotel is very clean. • It offers convenient onsite parking directly outside the room. Cons: • The check-in time is limited to 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, which is not traveler-friendly. • Communication with the front desk was poor. We were told the room had a washer and dryer, but there were none. While I later noticed laundry wasn’t listed under the amenities on Expedia, I had used “Laundry” as a filter to find hotels with this feature—so it was misleading that this hotel appeared in the results. • The front desk also didn’t mention anything about breakfast. The amenities state that breakfast is served daily, but we were never informed about it. Had they told us, we definitely would have asked. • The hotel charges a steep fee for late check-out.

The property itself was wonderful. The cabins were spacious and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and accomodation, helping us find and schedule a taxi service to the Fuji-san station on our very early morning trip back to Tokyo. I will say (to no fault of the hotel) that the transportation in the area is very lacking. There are little to no drivers on the Uber or GO apps. The sidewalks are very small ( no space for someone beside you) and non existent on residential streets. There are many taxi companies in the area, however, we were unable to spot or wave down any on the road and had to make the roughly 20 minute walk uphill with our luggage. Right beside the hotel is a sister property, on the other side is a grocery store where you could purchase anything needed for your stay, including meat if you intend to make use of the grill provided on the porch. There is also a wonderful restaurant across the street, and a massive Don Quijote less than a half mile from there. Overall, the property itself was amazing, and we would love to spend more time there in the future.
