My mom and I had an incredible time at Villa Agape! We visited during our birthday and the staff made us feel so special! The villa even upgraded our room free of charge to a gorgeous room with a view, because the day we checked in was my mom and my birthday! We felt like princesses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel Is conveniently located and my room was clean and loved the breakfast. However according to Expedia I was supposed to receive an upgrade which I did not get had and an 11 euros voucher to utilise at the bar. I did not get any of this and this is now the what usually happens. Expedia perks are never honoured and I am really disappointed because of this
