Hotels.com SUCKS & SCAMMERS!!!
We were not able to use the place as the airconditioning unit is broken. So we were moved to another accommodation way too far and very old as well as creepy. We have asked for a refund a week ago and until now has not received it. I would no longer book through hotels.com as they have a terrible refund policy unlike agoda.com and other sites that they have free cancellation and will not take the money until the guest is settled in.

FRUSTRATING! to say the least
They rented us a place that wasn’t actually available, put us in a place that was near by and similar condo. We told them we were only renting it for the rooftop infinity pool as we were killing time before we had to leave for the airport at 2am. While waiting to be checked in they tell told us that the rooftop pool is actually closed for the night and there’s a little pool, beside the parking lot as well as the security check point. It was quite the ordeal going back and forth between the lady that was trying to check us in and her cousin (the manager) that was on the phone. We didn’t get things sorted out until we got on the phone with the manager. We were trying to book somewhere else with a pool as time was ticking, this was an hour now of going back and forth trying to figure out where they were going to put us. We decided to find a different place on our own, it was now getting dark and the room they tried to put us in, the wifi wasn’t working so we couldn’t even book anything else. We finally got them to pay for a grab to the condo that we originally booked as it was on booking.com through a different company. We got wifi from the cafe downstairs and the transaction was seamless, with self check in. After all of this, I had to waste over an hour on the phone with hotels.com trying to get my money back from this place that shouldn’t have been available to book in the first place. They were trying to keep my money even tho they said they would refund it. The WORST!!

Bad experience. Not recommended.
The location was good and the pool was quite nice, however the room itself was very disappointing. Firstly the room was totally different to what was advertised. It was much smaller and more dated. When we addressed this issue to reception we was advised to call the owner, to just be told it's the room we booked but its just different pictures of another unit they own there. This was very disappointing and misleading but we did not make a big deal as it was already getting late. Plates looked like they was not washed for weeks and the sink was full of excess food which was leaving a rather disgusting smell lingering in the air. On the other hand, there was stains on the bedsheets and the pillows smelled unwashed. Furthermore, there was no spare key for the second lock on the door which lead to problems in the morning. In aaddition to this, a couple and a child tried to check in the room while we was still there which left both parties feeling awkward.Upon leaving we also had to pay for parking. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Tv has no cable connection.
Bathroom is not that clean.
I would rather recommend other hotels because they offer free shampoos, etc.
The contact person even replied so late.
