A very cozy hotel, with great sauna and huge room space ( we took the room with sauna). Tram is just outside and can reach city. Enter easily. Breakfast service was good but should have a change in varieties ( the selections were totally the same as previous day). Maybe a bit noisy in the morning 6-7am when the trucks parked outside the hotel ( maybe refuse truck).

The facilities were all new and clean, room design was beautifully sophisticated, the staff were very kind and friendly. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. As for breakfast, it really suited my taste. Though European meals sometimes feel too heavy for me, it was fresh and light, making it easy to have for breakfast. Perhaps, some people might find it too light, or wish there is more variety or variation in the meals. Everything was well-organized, every service was comfortable, and the overall experience was more than satisfying. The only slight disappointment was that laundry service came with additional charge, which I probably should have checked it beforehand. Overall, thank you for providing us a wonderful time! Hope I can visit you again.

Aamiainen oli runsas ja laadukas, kuten nettiarvosteluissa kehuttiin. Myös palvelu aamiaisella oli hyvä. Huoneen wc-istuin oli asennettu todella korkealla, mikä hankaloitti wc-käyntejä jopa minulle pitkäjalkaiselle miehelle, saati lyhyemmälle vaimolleni. Huoneen sänky oli makuumme liian kova. Ihmettelimme myös repsottavia kaapinovia ja huonohkoa äänieristystä tämän tason hotellissa. Oudoin asia oli kuitenkin siivoojan pitkä koputtelu ovelle sunnuntai-aamuna klo 10, jolloin emme olleet vielä edes täysissä pukeissa. Mainitsimme epäkohdista poislähtiessämme vastaanottovirkailijalle ja palaute otettiin vastaan hyvin ystävällisesti. Kokonaisuutena olemme melko tyytyväisiä vierailuun, vaikka odotimmekin vähän enemmän.
