Service was terrible
Well we had 8 people in our family staying here. We get there to office for key No one was there. Tried calling all numbers given with no answer. After 30 min or so finally got the man I’ll leave nameless on the phone. He said just use code he gave us to get it. We are staying two nights mind you. We go to shower the morning of first night stay and only have 7 towels and no wash cloths. Again tried for hours and hours to get one on the phone again to see how we can get more towels and wash cloths to begin with. On Saturday night he Finally calls said been on plane alllll day and it was to late to send house keeping so he would send a friend to bring us more towels and wash cloths for next mornings shower. After a hour he shows up with to loft bags and had only
3 towels and 5 wash cloths for 8 people. I tried calling him back and he didn’t answer at all. Tv broke while was there the front door with keypad won’t lock so toddlers can’t open door as well. Propped it closed with the kitchen table and a chair. Feel we was shorted for what we paid for and a respectful refund of some type would be the right thing to do. This is Monday and no one has called after all the voicemails left in all 4 numbers. Just a disappointment when was to be a relaxing vacation turn out to be a big inconvenience to us.
