"This was my family’s favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. The room was luxurious and spacious, the service was top notch and the pool was an added bonus. We loved the breakfast options and the dinner served at the hotel was one of our favorites of the entire vacation. We had a rental car so were able to take advantage of the proximity to Montepulciano and Pienza. The wine served at the hotel from the on-site winery was very good. We can’t wait to go back!! "

"This is such a wonderful hotel in the middle of the country to forget about everything and immerse into the real Tuscany. The food in the restaurant is excellent, their Manager Stefano is such a great guy and makes you feel as part of the family, his dog is adorable and all the staff is just incredible! We had the perfect summer vacation during the 4 days we spend in the property that we didn’t even went outside of it for a full day, just chilling in the pool and having a great time! Recommended 1000%!!"

"The hotel is in a great location, and our room had a partial view of the sea. The bed, unfortunately, was not as comfortable as I think it could be. It was relatively hard, and we had two double beds, rather than a full-size bed. Service was good as was the breakfast."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet "

"Tuscany was a dream come true! Podere Spedalone was magnificent. The staff was welcoming and very attentive always with a smile and accomodating. I loved that several ofvtheir staff spoke Spanish. We had the most fabulous dinner there with other guests. The food was delicious. They paid attention to every detail. We would definitely go back. We highly recommend it. It was very close to Pienza 12 min drive and Montepulciano. LOVED IT!!!"

"We loved our stay! Beautiful property, excellent staff in all roles. Very friendly and helpful. We also did the aperitif and olive oil tours at the winery. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! And again very friendly staff. The only thing we missed was an air conditioner in our room. June was already very hot. Other than that it was amazing! We would return to this property in the future."

"The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing."

"Friendly staff and great food! We had a Saturday dinner on arrival (pricier than weekday dinners but the pici pasta and florentina steaks were delicious) which was really a wonderful experience. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were always friendly. The property is great for walking around and so picturesque. "

"We had a lovely visit to Palazzo di Valli. The location is just gorgeous - about a 1.5 km walk to the Campo inside the walls of Siena. The breakfast was wonderful - we looked forward to it every morning. The managers Lorenzo and Giacomo were so kind and accommodating - even when we had a very unexpected late check-in. The only hiccup was driving into the gate for the first time - it is very narrow and we were worried about our rental car not fitting. But turns out it fit just fine and we had no further issues. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

Nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, the property is the epitome of Tuscan charm—surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and stunning panoramic views that seem straight out of a postcard. The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and sights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, local products served with care. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montepulciano and nearby hill towns. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, and truly memorable Tuscan experience, Podere La Rocca is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended. A special highlight of our evening was the service. Antonio, our waiter, was simply fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail was just right. "We had a memorable stay at Sant'Anna Agriturismo. This is a truly unique property. We got to all access to the monastery including the Church, the lemon garden, the large dining halls. It is a very special place. Our hosts were very welcoming, they did everything to help us settle in. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who is visiting Tuscany. "

"It was beautiful, clean and had a nice variety for breakfast. All the meals were good. We had a wine and olive oil tasting that was very unique and personalized. We stayed in a three level apartment and each room had its own bathroom. "

"Peaceful, Relaxing Stay in Tuscany We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional. It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road. Overall, everything was well done. We’d absolutely come back."
