"The room looked good at first glance, then you noticed some things. The mattresses were rock hard, luckily we were only there for one night but it was not a good nights sleep. There was no soap or shampoo despite there being dispensers. It was super noisy, all night from all directions making it even harder to sleep. The apartment could have been a lot cleaner had too, I got the sense that the apartment had been empty for a long time and it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall...
