Very nice facilities and room, hotel staff were mostly helpful. The downgraded rating is due to the pool rules which did not make us feel welcome, whereby “members” get unfettered access to the pools and guests have to constantly get up and leave during certain times. This WAS NOT RELAXING at all. Hotel needs new management, this is a stupid policy that will drive people away.

Would never stay there again. Stayed there because I wanted to take the kids swimming in the outdoor pool. After booking, found out that the outdoor pool is not open to people 19 and under. Even the indoor pool requires booking in advance. We booked it and every day, the pool is packed with families and kids. AVOID at all cost if you're trying to relax with family

This was the third hotel we stayed during our 2 week trip in Korea. We enjoyed here so much that we came back after our trip to Busan to stay for another 3 days. The location was perfect! It was right next to the bus stop and walking distance to the subway. There’s an Olive Young across the street, two convenient stores, and a mall close by. There are plenty of dining options as well. The staff are very warm and friendly They gave us recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. My favorite staff was Hanji who helped check us in and made me want to rebook at Novetel for the end of our trip!
