10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was for only one night because we were meeting up with a tour group and wanted to go the Vatican City beforehand. The front desk was helpful in giving options for restaurants, storing our bags the next day while we did our sightseeing, and even called us a cab. The room was very clean, had a kettle for in room tea, and offered us room service for only 5 euros for a continental breakfast. The bed was so comfortable that it was better than the beds on our tour at pricier hotels.

Service was excellent, very helpful, and super friendly! Shoutout to Anca and Marco in particular. Excellent location as well for those wanting to visit the Vatican, Sant Angelo Castle, and enjoy the Prati neighborhood. Within a 5-minute walk of a metro and a bus station, so easy to reach every other part of the city with public transport. You can also get a taxi from there if you prefer.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was actually quite beautiful. And that part of town has some very good restaurants near it. Just ask the people at the desk for recommendations.

Cute little hotel that made for an incredible first visit to Rome. When we checked in, the woman working the front desk gave us a map with all her recommendations for the city and tips to make our visit to the city the best it could be. Felt very safe in this hotel, room was clean, staff were kind. Located right next to the Vatican, quite far from the colosseum but close to transit, or you can walk an hour to get there. Highly recommend.

2/10 Poor

The location was great. Bathrooms had mould in the bathrooms. The walls were so thin that you could hear everything happening outside our room. If someone made a drink in the reception area and stirred the cup, we could hear the spoon clink against the cup. We spent our whole stay whispering, as the hotel is covered in “silence” notices.
