Suited for familes, couples will prefer Hualien

Great place for families (but not so for couples). Nice farms, pretty resort, but looks less rosy than the photos. (Needs better maintenance). Nice hot bath areas. Big rooms but we can hear foot stamping from neighbour). LOTS of mosquitoes, even within the room. Within the 2 nights stay we each had 10+ bites though we sprayed repellent. Quite inaccessible so best to travel there by car (or rent one). Few trains pass by the newly opened train station (last trains at 4+pm). Possible to rely on (paid) shuttle services to get to Hualien, but in order to visit the night market, we had to take a train to nearby train station and grab a taxi back to the resort.

住的環境(荷蘭村)不錯 接待人員也講解仔細 唯早餐實在是扣分了 第二天遊園時 發現部分動物區沒有整理 雜草叢生 看見農場還有許多未開發區 期望新光集團能好好再多用些心思在這裡 恢復昔日的榮景 別可惜了這塊土地

永生難忘的恐怖經驗

我們是在荷蘭小木屋住了一晚 (6/21-6/22), 只能說真的很恐怖. 首先, 要辦理入住手續時, 發現整個農場跟網路上PO的照片根本差超多. 有受騙上當的感覺, 在大廳的地上還可以看到衛生紙被亂丟, 而且沒人打掃. 要入住時, 發現一隻黑色流浪狗一直在我們的房間門口徘徊不肯離開, 還一直要跟著我們. 讓我們覺得感覺整個住宿環境缺乏管理. 在浴室要洗澡時, 發現淋浴門卡住不能開. 自己試著修結果整片淋浴門掉下來. 不只如此, 修好了後, 開始洗澡, 但不知從哪跑出來的蛆就掉在我面前, 不斷的在蠕動...我只好邊看著它邊洗. 洗完了, 發現浴室的毛巾有很濃的藥水味, 擦完澡, 全身癢了很久. 要睡的時候, 發現房間裡有半個手掌大的蟑螂在衣櫃上的牆壁爬. 真的是永生難忘的回憶... 真的讓我們感覺業主沒有用心在經營這個農場, 住房設備及屋子老舊就算了, 但是整個農場和房間環境都很髒亂. 不知道是業主想省人事成本還是什麼的...真的令人失望, 本以為跟新光有關, 應該會有一定程度的水準, 但是我們錯了.
