Property was beautiful and the decor very vintage and unique. However, the room was sweltering with no way to open a window or adjust and there was a blood stain on the sheets. I don’t think either of us slept.

The Library Bedroom was charming and the breakfast was very good! Also, the check in and out was easy. We stayed there on Christmas and enjoyed the farm setting. The owner was nice to us.

The farm is quaint and home to 4 sheep, 2 shetland ponies, and 3 cats. We were very pleased with the Bo Peep cottage right by the barn. The main farm house is very colonial and clean. The caretaker of the property was welcoming and courteous and pretty much kept to himself. He served up a delish omelette breakfast and had everything we needed to get our day started. Walking the grounds of the property was relaxing and fun to see what we would notice or find. This is located very close to Peddler's Village and only about 7 or 8 miles from New Hope. Highly recommend this place to others!!

Rude initial greeting was the first thing. Got up at 2:30 AM to leave and find somewhere else to stay because they have super bright spotlights shining directly into the room windows with nothing but a thin sheer drape. It was so bright in the room it might as well have been 2:30 in the afternoon. I don’t need it to be pitch black but I also don’t want to be able to communicate with sign language all the way across 2 rooms.

Quick overnight stay for Peddlers village displays. Very quaint area. BB older but I enjoy stuff like that. Innkeeper responsive. Breakfast good, nothing over the top

This was my first bed and breakfast experience and I loved it! It was so nice sharing a home with random people, sitting at a county breakfast table in an old dining room while being served a made to order breakfast by the owner, who was very nice and accommodating. He stayed out of sight with the exception of breakfast, but was always available to help or answer our questions. The property was also less than a mile from Peddler's Village, and about 10 minutes from downtown New Hope. If you’re looking for a modern, updated place this is not for you. If however you are looking for a unique experience that makes you feel like a guest in someone’s home, you will love this spot!

As advertized... a working farm. Very rustic. Everything was OK. The breakfast was really good though!

My sisters and I were excited for our overnight shopping trip. Upon our arrival we were told by the innkeeper in the parking lot to go in and wait for him. He would be in when he was done with his cigarette. Not a good start. We tried for 2 days to be friendly but a hospitality personality was not his strong-suit. The place was run-down and could be really nice with a little effort . The room slept 4 and there were 3 of us. He said we owed more money which we paid because our reservation said 2 but I never booked for 2. I’m not sure if that’s a Hotels.com issue. I would like a response from you. All in all we had a good time because we make our own fun. Will not be returning!
