The room was clean, the place was nice. The staff, the WHOLE staff, they were so unwilling to accomodate you. Most of them do not speak English, so it's hard to communicate just to get a table at a restaurant, or a cab with Concierge, let alone to ask any questions. The food was really awful and so was the service. Would recommend venturing out for meals. There were also a lot of rules about where to eat and where to drink. Beautiful property but not the most relaxing.
